Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer limited discount codes throughout the year to our email subscribers and social media followers — who can share them with family and friends!
How will my order be delivered?
Our products are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) through Priority Mail.
How long does delivery take?
The approximate delivery date is noted on each product page. Orders are typically fulfilled by the production center in 2-5 business days and then delivered by USPS in 1-3 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we'll email you updates — including a tracking code — on the status of your order and where it is in the fulfillment and delivery process.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Each order is fulfilled and shipped at one of our printing vendor's 11 owned or partner production centers, including ones in Charlotte, North Carolina and Dallas, Texas.
Do you make your products yourself?
No, the original manufacturer of each piece is noted on its product page. The suppliers of our blank pieces are Gildan, Bella, and Econscious. Our printing vendor then transfers our art on to each blank piece at one of its production centers.
Where are your products made?
Each product page notes the countries where the supplier makes the blank piece.
Do you offer refunds?
No, due to the many steps involved in an order's processing, fulfillment, and shipping, we don't provide refunds. After an order is submitted, the sale is final.
